Guys, I’m so sorry for having taken so long to make the new confessions. There’s been Christmas and then some family troubles which have slowed me down a little. :) Thanks to everyone who’s waited so patiently. You guys rock!
Hello there, You state that you do not own any of these pictures. equestrian confessions.but that is not enough, I would urgently advise you to put a name here of the photographers who made these photo's, or a link to the websites from which you used their photos. It is not very chique to just use other peoples photo's and their words as well without any reference.
Read the disclaimer. It explicitly states that I don’t own any of these photos. Some are from friends, others from my own collection, others from Flickr. As for the ‘words’: people send me these confessions. I’m not stealing them or anything…
I'm 19 & I've always wanted to learn to ride but we've never been able to afford lessons, but I think for Christmas my parents will get me lessons. Do you think you can ever be too old to learn to ride? By the way, love your tumblr! I feel like I can live vicariously through it! =)
Hi anon! Oh my gosh, that’s so exciting! No, I don’t think that you’re EVER too old to learn. As long as you love horses and you’re ready to work hard, you’ll be an amazing rider. Thank you so much. :’) Good luck with your lessons, I hope that you do really well. Don’t forget to come back and share your experience with us!
The other equestrian confessions keep posting hate and now they've taken away there ask box. Please tell me your not next!
Oh, no! I hate hate. Hahaha, that sounds so weird! But no, I’ll never abandon you guys. Y’all have been too nice and friendly and given me lots of confessions to make. I promise that this blog will always have an open ask!
Well basically I had the chance to go to 2 really good art schools for creative writing-which is what I do besides riding-but I didn’t go because I knew that I could never, ever leave my horse. I thought about it for a while and eventually decided that I couldn’t take my horse with me because it was too expensive. So obviously I couldn’t leave him behind. I think that anyone who loves a horse a lot would understand…he’s my family and my best friend. :3
I hate it when people ride for a month and call themselves 'riders' or 'equestrians'. No, just because you like horses doesn't make you a rider. Sorry.
Not making this one into a confession. I know that I have said that I will make all confessions y’all send me, but I refuse to make ones that are blatant hate. I think that if you love horses and are dedicated to riding, it doesn’t matter how many lessons you’ve had, how high you jump, how fast you’ve run barrels or how long you’ve been riding. It matters that you love horses and horseback riding. And that is ALL that matters.
